All consultants work part-time after regular office hours and on Saturdays (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM), except bank holidays. Consultations are strictly by appointment only.

Full-time employees work standard business hours as per their employment contract.

About the Role:

BridgeAxis Consulting GmbH is seeking a motivated Consulting Associate to join our growing team. You will work on challenging projects in AI integration, cybersecurity, and international business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Support consulting projects across AI, cybersecurity, and international operations
Conduct research and analysis for client engagements
Prepare presentations and reports for clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English and German
Interest in AI, cybersecurity, or international business
